Reliabilityweb.com Launches "Ask a Reliability Expert"

Netexpress Inc., announced the first "OnLine Reliability Expert Service," Ask an Expert, connecting Reliabilityweb.com members with experts in various areas of technology via email or telephone.

Now members can go to www.reliabilityweb.com and ask questions covering a wide variety of technology and application areas ranging from vibration analysis to Reliability Centered Maintenance program management.

"There are many web site message boards for reliability" stated Terrence O'Hanlon, publisher, "but they usually consists of various experts disagreeing with each other!" "In addition, those boards cover broad questions as opposed to the focused one to one service offered at Reliabilityweb.com."

Membership is free to consumers. Privacy is assured because Reliabilityweb.com never reveals a member's name, phone number or email address unless specifically requested to do so by the member. Experts' privacy is also protected since members can only browse expert's summary profiles, including qualifications and satisfaction ratings from previous answers provided. Names and other contact information are not provided.

To ask a question, a member completes a short form and submits it. The member will receive an expert reply stating that the expert accepts the question and the proposed fee (ranges from $0 -$100) or declines the question. The member has an opportunity to reject the offer or request an alternate fee. Reliabilityweb.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarranty that the member will be satisfied with the answer or will not be charged a fee! Also, some experts offer advice at no fee as they build a following.

Reliabilityweb.com is a consumer review site for plant reliability technologies, services and issues. The site is organized as a community and offers free membership to qualified plant personnel and paid membership to manufacturers and vendors.

Members can take part in a number of surveys ranging from vibration analysis equipment to reliability publication reviews. Survey results and product/service reviews are posted in the members' only area and provide valuable information to both consumers and vendors of these products and services.

The site also features a virtual on-line exhibition featuring various reliability technologies and services and a "Reliability Hall of Fame" which honors the oldest plant reliability instruments with photos and stories that are sure to entertain.
