Responsibilities

• The candidate will manage an elite high-impact technology team that develops and maintains the Business.com and RHDi business monetization systems including yield management, purchased traffic optimization, and ad network inventory and profit optimization
• The candidate will provide leadership and detailed algorithmic and technical design guidance on new features and functional specifications for these systems with success measured by quantifiable impacts on site metrics including user generated revenue, profit, and balk

Skills/Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology management or leadership experience
• 7+ years industry experience
• Strong focus on algorithm design, algorithmic game theory and combinatorial optimization
• Strong data mining and statistical/machine learning skills
• Matlab, Perl, and Java programming experience
• RDBMS/SQL experience
• Proven ability to design and develop high-performance, reliable, mission-critical systems
• MS/Phd in Math/Computer Science required
