Further information is available by ordering database search reports. The database search reports allow customers to search for specific packages that meet certain criteria such as operating sysytems or suitability to various manufacturing environments. Also, full reports listing responses to the entire survey (over 130 questions) may be ordered for individual packages.

The Electronic Data Interchange Software Survey is ordered,
in separate tables, by:

• software package names
• vendor names
• number of installed users (descending order)
• price (descending order)

The information that appears in the online version of this survey is excerpted from responses to a questionnaire assembled by software editor Steven A. Melnyk and mailed to vendors of warehousing management/logistics software packages. All product listings appear as reported by the individual vendors.

This directory is not comprehensive. It reflects information received from companies who responded to the Electronic Data Interchange Software Survey request as of November 11, 1997. Other companies may be listed in a supplement to be published at some point in the future.
