Labor analysis module
Studebaker Technology has added a labor analysis module to their Tiger Eye
Shop Floor Management software. Labor analysis provides daily or weekly
performance reporting by employee, work center or department. Labor analysis
reporting by work center answers questions of consistent, improving, declining
or random efficiencies for specific work centers. This information identifies
whether standards for operations in specific work centers are on target
or out of line. Employee efficiency can be analyzed across work centers,
indicating that employee's proficiency in certain types of work. Job variance
analysis identifies a normal production run for a specific job.
