Please allow 1/4" extra on all sides for bleeds.
- COLOR: All publications print 4-color process, offset. Please supply composite film in 150-line screen, rightreading emulsion-side down. Cromalin proof or match-print must accompany all film negatives. Color-key proofs not acceptable. We cannot print 2-color ads that do not utilize process colors (PMS colors are not available). Film output from disk will result in additional charges.
- BLACK & WHITE: Please supply a stat, a velox or film in 133-line screen, right-reading emulsion-side down. A stat or velox is preferred, but ads with halftones will reproduce best when a film negative is supplied. Photocopies, laser prints or similar are not acceptable.
- PRODUCTION SERVICES: Ad rates are based on receipt of film. However, typesetting and design services are available through a third party graphic designer. Advertisers are responsible for providing concept, layout, copy and logos by the space reservation deadline. A proof will be submitted for review. A fair-market hourly rate plus supplies will be charged to all advertisers requiring production assistance. Film output from disk will result in additional charges.
- ARTWORK RETURN: Materials for ads will be returned to the advertiser upon request following completion of the publication.
CANCELLATIONS — Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received no later than the space reservation deadline of the publication in which the ad was to appear. Advertisers cancelling after this date will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 1/2 the original contract rate.
ACCEPTANCE OF ADVERTISING — The publisher reserves the right to reject or deny any advertising deemed unsuitable, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable for whatever reason. All advertisements are accepted and published in good faith with the understanding that the advertiser or agency is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. Therefore, the publisher and their agent, Lionheart Publishing Inc., will be held blameless in any suit brought forth including but not limited to libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- PAYMENT IN ADVANCE — 10% Discount: In consideration of payment in advance (within 15 days of signing advertising agreement), the publisher extends a 10% discount.
- PAYMENT BEFORE PUBLICATION — 5% Discount: In consideration of payment prior to the publication date, the publisher extends a 5% discount. If payment is not received prior to the publication date, the advertiser will be billed for the full amount of the ad cost.
- PAYMENT UPON PUBLICATION — No Discount: The advertiser may elect to be billed upon publication. Full payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
