National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC), founded in 1898, is now the world's largest philanthropic music organization. It is one of only three music organizations to be chartered by the U.S. Congress, and the only music organization member of the United Nations. NFMC includes more than 200,000 dedicated senior, junior and student members in 6,500 music-related organizations and music clubs nationwide.

    Data Transmission: 3.5" floppy disk, Iomega Zip 100 disks or CD-ROMS or e-mail. A cromalin proof or match-print of color ads must be supplied.

    File Formats
    Preferable file formats are EPS and TIFF. Color images must be saved as a CMYK. Files can also be accepted in the current versions of:
    Macintosh OS: Pagemaker, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand
    Windows/DOS OS: Pagemaker, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop

    We cannot accept files in Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Word or any other application that cannot export to EPS, PS or TIFF.

    Color
    Please supply composite film in 150-line screen, right-reading emulsion-side down. Cromalin proof or match-print must accompany all film negatives and electronic submissions. Color-key proofs are not acceptable.

    Black & White
    Please supply a stat, velox or film in 133-line screen, right-reading emulsion-side down. A stat or velox is preferred, ads with halftones will reproduce best when a film negative is supplied. Camera-ready copy may be acceptable if of sufficient quality.

    • The NFMC reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement that does not meet the NFMC standards, for any reason, at any time.

    • In consideration of the publisher reviewing for acceptance, the advertiser should not make any promotional reference to the NFMC or its members in any way except with the prior written permission of the NFMC.

    • Cancellations of advertising should be in writing and are not accepted after the closing date.

    • NFMC is not responsible for any discrepancies or errors in advertisements supplied by advertisers, agents or agencies.
