ExpertBleach ExpertBleach is a real-time bleaching optimization system designed to reduce total chemical costs in the bleaching process while maintaining target brightness levels. It utilizes neural network technology to learn the bleaching process. It then compares real-time operating conditions against the learned process to predict exit brightness levels. Based on these predicted brightness levels, a genetic algorithm is used to determine the optimum chemical addition at each stage to produce the target brightness.
