TIPS
The Truly Integrated Planning System (TIPS) is a decision support and execution software tool for intelligent supply chain management. Supply chain management, according to some estimates, costs 10% of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP). TIPS enables businesses - including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, transportation companies, and customers within the same supply chain - to synchronize all segments of the demand/fulfillment cycle, with the goal of improving responsiveness and efficiency.

TIPS views the total supply chain - from the establishment of material requirements through manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and point-of-sale - as a holistic entity. It allows for concurrent planning of all segments in real time, while taking all constraints (such as material shortages, equipment bottlenecks, or management policies) into consideration, thus creating a feasible plan. TIPS employs AI, as well as object-oriented and GUI technologies, and is designed to operate on all standard platforms.

DataFlo and Man-Fact II
DataFlo is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system that runs on Microsoft Windows-based platforms. The latest version adds field service and lot/serial tracking capabilities for increased supply chain management. Also included are new multi-plant capabilities; increased flexibility in the product configurator; more SmartLinks capabilities that offer desktop integration with Windows applications; and e-mail functionality.

Man-Fact II is an intelligent manufacturing system designed for the custom/job shop environment. Advanced video, scrolling, printing and graphical user interface (GUI) support have been added to its rules-based configurator. Increased multi-plant capabilities, new field- and plant-level security, and vendor performance analysis capabilities have all been added to the latest version.

ShopTrac
ShopTrac 2.87 provides manufacturers with off-the-shelf, configurable software applications such as work-in-process, labor and quality management, and real-time data transaction support. The latest version includes an Export Formatter, which gives the user the ability to interface to other systems without custom software programming. It lets the user define the data fields to be included and their position in an ASCII export file.

Other new features in ShopTrac 2.87 include automatic printing of reports during off-peak hours, and enhanced validation of quantities ordered and received for work-in-process. It also includes a Start.Time time and attendance module.

Jobwise
Jobwise for Windows is a PC-based maintenance planning and scheduling system. Jobwise, which contains four distinct modules, is designed to aid the planners of skilled trades people with their allocation to short-term maintenance activities. Operating on a stand-alone basis, or linked directly to a maintenance management system, Jobwise contains manpower planning, job allocation, system administration, and customer appointment booking modules. It is currently being used by British Airways Engineering and several major European utilities. Jobwise can be used with Access, Oracle, Symix, or other SQL databases to provide a multi-user support system.
