FACTORYworks
FACTORYworks 2.1 manufacturing execution system (MES) software and its Intelligent NT Client, a Windows NT-based graphical user interface (GUI), support flexible management of shop floor operations. Intelligent NT Client includes Crystal Info, Seagate Software's report writing engine, for simplifying the development, configuration and scheduling of custom and integrated manufacturing reports. FACTORYworks reporting capabilities are furthered with its SQL-based Historical Database (HDB), a report database that is updated in real time. Users can subscribe to data in the FACTORYworks HDB or other third-party databases and generate extensive reports, charts and graphs based on that data.

DB Client
The Database (DB) Client module for AutoSched is a client/server Windows interface that enables concurrent access to the AutoSched finite capacity scheduler. Users can manage scheduling data in an SQL-compliant relational database of the user's choice. Users are able to compare "what if" schedule runs with different parameters.

Supply Chain Collaborator
Supply Chain Collaborator is a supply chain management software tool that structures and automates the exchange of detailed planning information via secure Internet messaging. With this system installed at supplier and customer locations, manufacturers can exchange and edit product requests, forecasts and comments with all their suppliers and customers. Within the same structure format, each supplier can confirm its ability to meet these fluctuating demands. Supply Chain Collaborator then facilitates the tracking and comparing of suppliers' responses.

SyteSelect
SyteSelect is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution which enables mid-sized manufacturers to move critical sales activities such as order configuration, catalogs and quoting products from the main plant to the customer. Product configuration rules can be written using a drag-and-drop user interface that requires no programming. The object-oriented programming environment utilizes inheritance and allows rules to be written for entire product lines or individual products, simplifying the initial model development and maintenance of SyteSelect.

FaxLink
FaxLink allows customers to fax reports directly from a DataWorks enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to regional sales and other locations. The FaxLink Enterprise Server is connected to a UNIX or Windows NT system via a printer port. Multiple fax boards may be installed in the server, depending upon volume requirements. With FaxLink and the SmartForms electronic forms module, customers can fax and receive ERP application reports as well as business forms.
