Enterprise ResponseAgent

The Enterprise ResponseAgent (ERA) is a supply chain optimization system that enables manufacturers to respond dynamically to global changes in customer demand by optimizing assets throughout the enterprise. ERA seamlessly integrates information from multiple plants and warehouses with existing MRP/DRP/ERP systems, then intelligently plans and schedules supply chain assets to best satisfy demand at minimum cost. ERA simultaneously optimizes procurement, production and distribution before presenting the best finished product sourcing plan to meet customer requirements. Pricing begins at $200,000.

Alliance/MFG

Alliance/MFG for Windows is a manufacturing management program designed for small to mid-size manufacturers. It includes bill of materials, material requirements planning, inventory control, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, sales orders, purchase orders and forecasting in a multi-user package. The forecasting feature includes an intelligent component that lets the user anticipate future orders in a number of different ways, while planning for expected future orders and contingencies. The capacity planning function tells the user if the work in the production schedule generated by an MRP calculation can actually be accomplished -- and if not, where to make adjustments. The shop floor control function gives the user constant feedback on the work-in-process and lets the user make adjustments to the plan. Alliance/MFG links to Autodesk's AutoCAD and to 15 accounting programs. Price: $8,795.
