Rhythm 2.7 is a planning and scheduling software tool that includes improved real-time order-promising, allowing manufacturers to provide customers with enhanced due-date and available-to-promise information at the time orders are taken. It also offers more flexible lot-sizing, allowing users to manufacture multiple demand orders in the same manufacturing batches, while keeping each manufacturing order pegged to its original demand order. Rhythm runs on Unix-based workstations.

Rapid Response Modules
Rapid Response Manufacturing Query provides users with the ability to create reports and ad-hoc queries, from simple columnar output to more complex formatted and cross-tab reports. Rapid Response Manufacturing Access offers the same features as RRM Query, but adds the ability for a spreadsheet or word processing user to select and extract data from the RRM database and bring that data into the preferred desktop application.

Automated Diagnostics
Maintex is a software tool for diagnosing and assisting in the repair of complex industrial equipment. It is installed at more than 50 industrial sites, performing diagnostic tasks on equipment such as automobile manufacturing equipment, bottling machines, automated guided vehicles, and airline equipment. The Maintex model incorporates knowledge of the structure and hierarchical organization of the equipment; the possible failures or malfunctions of the equipment; and the maintenance actions that can be taken to repair failures or malfunctions.

Knowledge-Based Manufacturing
MetCAPP version 4 enables knowledge-based manufacturing - the capture, retention and routine use of the best practices and processes of a manufacturing company. A module called MetScript provides a tool for describing each production process, including those unique to the plant or production line.
