Scout
Scout is a collection of Internet visualization tools designed
for remotely viewing live process graphics and industrial automation
data using an Internet/Intranet connection. These Windows 95/Windows
NT-based client/server tools allow industrial users to view process
graphics and industrial automation data from any remote data source -
such as Wonderware InTouch supervisory control and data acquisition
(SCADA) applications - for the monitoring of discrete manufacturing
and continuous process operations.

AutoSched
AutoSched, a simulation-based finite capacity planning and
scheduling tool, now runs on Windows 95 platforms. AutoSched is
designed to schedule all of the constraints in a factory, such as
shift schedules, multi-dimensional task selection rules, batching,
preventative maintenance, machine efficiency, and operator skill
classes. The goal is to increase throughput, reduce in-process
inventory, and increase equipment and personnel utilization.

BPCS Client/Server Configurator
The Configuration Management System of the BPCS Client/Server is
an analytic engine that extends the capability of BPCS Client/Server
to meet planning and production requirements for the manufacturing
industry, particularly machinery, electronics, furniture, and
consumer goods. The Configuration Management System includes a new
multi-level configuration and production management capability,
enhanced option-based pricing, automatic shop order generation and
fast path prompt flexibility for order entry. This rules-based system
enables manufacturers to define the production variables based on
particular product orders in real-time. It also provides option-based
pricing from structured options, family items and calculated
variables to arrive at the price of a configured end item.
