OnTrack
OnTrack, a Windows-based manufacturing execution system (MES), now includes a Component Lot and Serial Number Tracking feature. This feature can locate the source of a malfunction or defect for production analysis or warranty claims. It can trace every single component in a large, complex product back to the bin it came from in the plant. As material is consumed at a machine location, OnTrack will verify its accuracy against the bill of material or recipe. This feature also automates the collection and reporting of product quality data from the shop floor to the customer. OnTrack's data collection capability provides a real-time monitor of work-in-process status across the production facility, organized by location, order number, part, operation, order production state, and current operation state.

MP$im
MP$im is a Windows-based manufacturing simulator, based on the Arena simulation system, that allows for rapid modeling of manufacturing systems. Users do not have to write code in order to represent systems; instead, with MP$im, model development occurs by graphically constructing a flowchart and integrated animation. It contains specific features for modeling varying part mixes, process plans, production demands, JIT, Kanban, inventory management, and resource planning and staffing.

CS/CAPP
CS/CAPP 2.1 (Client Server/Computer-Aided Process Planning) promotes concurrent planning on the Oracle network computing architecture. It is designed to provide a foundation for the integration and management of all manufacturing data across an enterprise. It creates fully detailed plans and work instructions from reusable shared objects. CS/CAPP provides object-oriented data structures that reference data rather than copy it. A multiple-user system allows simultaneous edits to operations in the same plan by different users.

MRP9000
MRP9000 3.0 is a Microsoft Access-based manufacturing control system. A graphical execution information system provides MRP9000 information to be graphically displayed with an easy-to-use interface. This allows management to view critical information with the click of a mouse and to see it displayed in either a bar graph or pie chart, both on screen and on a printed report. An optional quoting module allows the user to create on-the-fly items, routing and bills of material; converts quotes directly into sales orders; and tracks by date, customer and follow-up date.
