EC World '96 Brings Together Variant Technologies

Electronic Commerce World '96, Sept. 9-12, 1996, in Columbus, Ohio, plans to gather all the different EC technologies, including Auto ID, Imaging, EDI, Workflow, Messaging, and the Internet under one roof.

John Sculley, former president and CEO of Apple Computer, along with author and business visionary Don Tapscott will appear at the conference as keynote speakers.

More than 90 educational sessions have been organized across 10 technology tracks to address current issues and challenges faced by companies looking for ways to increase efficiency while lowering costs. The exhibit area will feature some 200 EC companies showcasing products and services, and will also feature an interactive Electronic Commerce Pavilion. Sponsored by CommerceNet, the pavilion will give attendees a hands-on demonstration of electronic commerce in action. Workshops, problem-solving roundtables and continuous EC 101 will round out the conference.
