Corporate Express (Broomfield, Colo.; http://www.corporate-express.com) and Hewlett-Packard (Palo Alto, Calif.; http://www.hp.com) are jointly developing an electronic commerce front-end application for the procurement of goods and services from Corporate Express.
The e-comm front-end will interact with HP's internal procurement services and with Corporate Express' systems infrastructure to provide secure ordering capability, procurement review and buying efficiency analysis to any desktop within HP's intranet.
